Suzanne L. Reiter, MM, MSN, WHNP-BC, FAANP
Suzanne Reiter’s clinical interests include women’s health across a lifespan and long-acting reversible contraception (LARC). She has also been the principal investigator for 11 research studies involving various aspects of contraception, gynecology, adolescent services, and sexual assault. She has lectured extensively on contraception methods, especially on LARCs, menopausal and postmenopausal topics, and sexual assault. She presents annually at the NPWH WHNP Regional Conference on the subject of contraception management and has been the principal facilitator at the annual national NPWH conference for the IUD Insertion Practicum Session. For her work in women’s health, Ms. Reiter has received the Alumni Clinical Practice Award from the University of Kentucky, School of Nursing. Ms. Reiter is a past president of the National Certification Corporation and is currently one of three Directors of Professional Initiatives for HAB Associates, Inc. She is a Fellow of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
